** The "SPGA" letters in the chapter's name are simply the initials from the group's former name, the "Society of Professional Graphic Artists"
** For the years before the group became a Graphic Artists Guild chapter (prior to 1994), it is referred to below simply as the "SPGA." From 1994 to the present, it is referred to as the "SPGA/Seattle Chapter."
